A circling and swirling as the branches begin to ice and freeze.
A glitter and glimmer as the sun shines through the clouds.
Creating a remembrance in the creaking winter sounds.
Sometimes it’s loneliness we hear whipping in the winds.
Sometimes it’s a longing we find lurking within.
Sometimes it’s a yearning from when things were different.
Sometimes it’s hoping for just what isn’t.
And even when the storms may bring a sting or a pain,
We can find beauty in knowing that no two snowflakes are created the same.
